  This is probably the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. They will try to extract money from you any way they can....buyer beware.

  AVOID THIS SLUMLORD AT ALL COSTS! From day 1 we've had nothing but issues. Many false violations from the HOA, multiple fees that had nothing to do with us (proven), and most recently, they claimed we didn't pay our rent on time when we paid them in CASH on the day the rent was due. Then they claimed that they 'never received a walkthrough from us' when we have proof that we turned it in, and fined us for a repair that they ASSUMED we caused!
  
  THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO RENT FROM THEM, THEN THEY WILL FIGHT YOU FOR EVERY PENNY THEY CAN! DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET EVERY SECOND YOU LIVE IN ONE OF THEIR HOUSES!
