  Ashley Melcher never returned our emails or phone calls. Always was late on monthly statements. She not enforced lease on tenants. Not takes care of repairs in timely manner and hires the same unqualified handymen every time where will you charge 3 times in a row for the same thing before it gets somewhat fixed. She even used the handymen for stuff what was covered under our home warranty even she is per contract not allowed to do so. Of course all on our dime. Worst property management company ever.
