  Your employees cut down a tree this morning (7/13/16) at 8461 Blue Island Ave. They felled it onto my patio. Luckily for my 2 year old toddler and my dogs, there was a patio covering that stopped the tree FROM FALLING ON SOMEONE AND SERIOUSLY INJURING THEM! What were you thinking? Thankfully there's just damage to the wall and the covering and not to my pets or children. If your employees do not know how to do something properly, don't do it.
  
  I'm only giving you one star because I have to. DO NOT HIRE JARAMILLO!! I will be filing a complaint with the HOA as well.
