  I love this company! They will work with you on almost anything, and we've never had any problems with them! Super friendly, and they remember who you are and what house you rented.

  We rented a house at 6221 Babcock way.. Been there 6 yrs. Not once have they done inspections. A water pipe broke in the attic and flooded the whole house, they came out took pictures and left. Haven't heard a word from them for 2 yrs until the city decided to make a complaint on a car.. At that point hotpoint decided to visit and want to do an inspection. The whole house has mold in the walls and I recently just moved. A day later there's a for rent sign in the yard.. Beware of this property and beware of the real estate company.
