  GSO was reliable. However for the past 30 to 40 days we have experienced the following. Deliveries are guaranteed for 10:30 am.
  Last Tuesday (Jan 2) we did not receive our delivery. Wednesday the 3rd we received it at 4:52 PM. Freight has been late, lost, and boxes crushed. Om top of it all we have a nice driver we cannot communicate with. I have been told by a hand written note he is from Eastern Europe and does not speak English. Perhaps his managers need to use his working skills in a job that does not require him to interact with the public until he does learn to communicate with customers. Needless to stay we gave our vendors the choice lose our valuable business or find another carrier.
