  This review really deserves no stars. One is way to much. I purchased the Geek Squad protection plans for all four phones on my plan for a total of $40 per month. When it was sold to me, I was told if a phone breaks, bring it in, pay $50 and get it fixed. Went in today and was told that they changed the plan and I now need to pay the full cost of the replacement phone. If I am going to pay full price for the replacement anyway, I'll just get a new phone through my carrier and keep my $40 a month. Then the lady at customer service tells me "Yeah, it's terrible. We lost so many customers over this." The worst part is, they changed the plan in 2013. Which means I've paid almost $1000 to them for absolutely no reason. I do not go to work everyday so that Geek Squad can rip me off. I will never do business with them (probably not even Best Buy) ever again.
