  After many hours of apartment hunting around the neighborhood, I luckily stumbled upon this beautiful community. Norma was my leasing agent and boy am I glad! She greeted me immediately and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She provided me with all the information necessary and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Since I did arrive on the later hours, Norma stayed far after the closing time to help me with the application! I could not believe this... this is true "going above and beyond for the client"! This has been my first experience with broad stone and it's certainly surpassed my expectations, wishes, and previous experiences with other leasing agents.
